Xinming Group Holdings Limited (“Xinming”) was registered and founded in Taizhou, China on January 16, 2014. Since the inception of the businesses of its subsidiaries, Xinming has expanded by developing sites in a number of cities, namely, Shanghai, Chongqing, Tengzhou and Hangzhou over the years to become an integrated residential and commercial property developer in the PRC.

Xinming Group Holdings Limited owns multiple holding subsidiaries, including Xinming Group Holding Limited, Taizhou Xinming Property Development Holding Limited, Taizhou Xinming Property Investment Co., Ltd., Taizhou Wenshang Times Property Limited, Shanghai Xinming Global Property Limited, Chongqing Xinming Property Company Limited, Hangzhou Xinming Property Investment Limited, Shandong Xingmeng Property Limited, Zhejiang Xinming Property Services Limited, etc. 

With regard to residential development, to further improve the living environment of our residential users, we focus on developing quality residential units with comfortable living environments and quality ancillary facilities, including mid-rise apartments, high-rise apartments and townhouses accompanied with  premium quality and superior design, as well as street-level retail outlets and ancillary facilities such as clubhouses and swimming pools to accommodate our customers’ daily needs, entertainment and leisure.

In terms of commercial project development, we continuously endeavor to expand the scale of our commercial development projects and strategically target children-related goods and services as a main feature, and aim for fast-developing cities with population growth potential, so as to provide well-appraised services to consumers with increasing purchasing power in our unique development strategy.

As of now, Xinming’s property portfolio comprises 16 property development projects in various cities in the PRC with an aggregate GFA amounting to approximately 2,163,373 sq.m.. Apart from developing integrated residential projects that match the features of modern and comfortable living environments with comprehensive supporting facilities, among which Xinming Peninsula is a typical example, the Company’s property portfolio also comprises integrated commercial projects such as Xinming International Household Products Mall, Red Star Macalline Household Products Market and Wenshang Times. These projects provide one-stop home furnishing retail services for customers in pursuit of high-quality lifestyles with retails shops providing high-end household products and entertainment facilities and restaurants.
