2007    Founder of our Company Chen Chengshou incorporated Taizhou Xinming and started to engage in the development of residential property projects under the Xinming Peninsular brand in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province 

2009    One of the Company’s subsidiaries, Taizhou Investment, started to engage in the development of commercial property projects, beginning with Xinming International Household Products Mall in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province 

2011    Our Company acquired Wenshang Times to further expand its commercial property business in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province

2011    One the major projects of our Company, Xinming Peninsular in Taizhou, was awarded the 2011 Zhejiang Province Construction Qianjiang Cup for Quality Construction by the department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Zhejiang Province, Construction Industry Association of Zhejiang Province and Construction Quality Management Association of Zhejiang Province 

2011    Xinming Lijiang Garden was named one of the top 10 international commercial landmarks and one of the top 10 sample buildings, respectively, in the 2011 China New Residence Era by the China Real Estate Investment Association 

2012    Shanghai Xinming started to engage in the development of commercial property projects, starting with Shanghai Xinming • Kids’ World 

2013    Chongqing Xinming started to engage in the development of commercial property projects, starting with  China South-Western Mall

2013    Our Company acquired Shandong Xingmeng and started to engage in the development of commercial property projects, beginning with Xingmeng International Mall in Shandong Province 

2013    Our Xingmeng International Mall was named one of the properties with most investment value among the most popular properties by the joint committee of the Administrative Bureau for Industry and Commerce, Urban Administrative Enforcement Bureau, Consumers Council and Tengzhou Daily in Tengzhou, Shandong Province

2014    Hangzhou Xinming was incorporated and started to engage in the development of commercial property projects, starting with Xinming • Children’s World in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province
