Chen Chengshou
Chairman, Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Chen is the founder of the Group and is primarily responsible for corporate strategic planning and the Group’s overall business development. He serves on the nomination committee, and is also the chairman of the Hangzhou City Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce, the chairman of the Nationwide Taishun Entrepreneurs Fellowship Association, the vice-chairman of Hangzhou City Chamber of Commerce, the vice-chairman of Hangzhou Public Diplomacy Association, a member of the standing committee of Federation of Industry & Commerce of Zhejiang Province and a member of the Tenth Hangzhou City Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. He was appointed as the deputy director of the market committee of Chinese General Chamber of Commerce in March 2013. He has also been a director of Wenzhou Bank since November 2012 and a part-time tutor of master degree in international business of Zhejiang University since February 2014
. Mr. Chen has approximately 28 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Quan Xiaolin
Executive Director

Ms. Quan was appointed as the Company’s executive Director on 10 June 2014. She is mainly responsible for risk management and general secretarial matters of the Board. In April 2010, she joined XG Limited, the holding company of our Group’s operating subsidiaries before the Reorganisation. In January 2002, Ms. Quan graduated from Zhejiang Radio & Television University with a major in Financial Accounting. She has approximately nine years of experience in the real estate industry. 

Zhou Yongkui
Executive Director

Mr. Zhou was appointed as our executive Director on 10 June 2014. He is mainly responsible for the Group’s compliance with the listing rules and capital management of the Group, and also serves on the remuneration committee. Mr. Zhou worked as finance assistant of the chairman at XG Limited (the holding company of our Group’s operating subsidiaries before Reorganisation) from January 2013 to June 2014. He graduated from Zhengzhou University with a major in Accounting, and in June 2004, he was awarded a Master of Science degree in International Real Estate by Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Mr. Zhou has approximately nine years of experience in the real estate industry.

Jin Zhanghai
Chief Executive Director 

Mr. Jin was appointed as the Company's executive Director on 10 June 2014. He worked as chief financial officer of XG Limited (the holding company of our Group’s operating subsidiaries before Reorganisation) from March 2010 to June 2014. Mr. Jin graduated from Zhejiang Institute of Finance & Economics (currently known as Zhejiang University of Finance & Economics). He has approximately 12 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Non-executive Directors

Gao Qiaoqin

Ms. Gao was appointed as an non-executive Director on 10 June 2014. She is responsible for advising on the overall strategic planning of the Group but does not participate in the day-to-day management of the Group’s business operations. She was director of XG Limited (the holding company of our Group’s operating subsidiaries before Reorganisation) from November 2012 to June 2014. Ms. Gao graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a major in computer information management. She has approximately eight years of experience in the real estate industry.

Senior Management

Gu Jian
Director of chief engineer office 

Mr. Gu served as the director of chief engineer office since  March 2015, responsible for the design of the Group's  projects. He joined Xinming Group in August 2014 (the holding company of the Group's operating subsidiaries before reorganization). For the restructuring, Mr. Gu transferred to the group from Ming Group. Mr. Gu graduated from Civil Engineering in Wuhan Building Materials Institute.

Zhu Xiaohui
Director of cost Management

Ms. Zhu served as director of the Group's Cost Management Group since January 2016, responsible for the Group's cost management. Ms. Zhu joined Xinming Group in December 2007 (the holding company of the Group's operating subsidiaries before reorganization). For the restructuring, Ms. Zhu transferred to the group from Ming Group. Ms. Zhu graduated from Industrial and civil architecture in Hunan City Construction College.

Shum Hoi Luen
Company Secretary & Financial Controller

Mr. Shum was appointed as our Group’s company secretary and financial controller in August 2014 and is responsible for the supervision and management of our Group’s financial matters. Mr. Shum graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a major in accountancy.
