In the morning of October 26, 2013, Xinming Property Company Limited officially opened its marketing center for China South-western City, the key construction projects in the Dazu District of Chongqing. The company held a press conference and opened the first 3D arts exhibition at China South-western City.

Chongqing Xinming Property Chairman Mr. Xia Liangxiao, the professional operators from Shanghai Nanshuo Group and the media gathered to discuss topics that included strategic thinking, future plans, design concept and business operation of China South-western City.

A key construction project in the Dazu District, Xinming Group invested RMB 5 billion in the development of China South-western City. The project comprises a commercial complex with 5,000 retail shops focusing home building materials, small commodities, entertainment, digital products, etc., and is expected to become a “one-stop” household materials shopping center. 

The Company promoted investment for the project as the project was under construction.  The Company not only integrated local resources, but also introduced foreign brands and well-known enterprises to the project. A large number of well-known enterprises have expressed the intention to jointly develop the project.

With the opening of the marketing center, the promotion to attract investments to “China South-western City” is fully underway.
